As the President of the Nepal Climbing Sport Association (NCSA), it is both an honor and a privilege to address each and every one of you.

Under the banner of “Dedicate Adventure Sports and Tourism Promotion,” our association goes beyond mere individuals; it stands as a vibrant and united community driven by an unwavering passion for adventure sports, with a profound focus on climbing. As we embark on this collective journey, I am deeply moved by the dedication and commitment of each member who shares the vision of creating a lasting and positive impact within the realms of Climbing and Adventure Sports.

Our journey has been one marked by remarkable achievements and a shared sense of unity. From orchestrating events that secured affiliation and full membership status with the International Federation of Sport Climbing (IFSC) to representing our nation with pride in the 2018 Asian Games held in Jakarta and Palembang, Indonesia, and cultivating athletes who have earned national acclaim – each achievement underscores our association’s commitment to excellence.

At our core lies a fundamental goal: to make sport climbing a household name across Nepal. We strive to achieve this by organizing sports climbing events, designing comprehensive training programs, hosting workshops, and staging competitive events for the youth of Nepal. These efforts not only spur growth on a national level but also have the potential to position Nepal as a hub for adventure tourism. Our nation’s reputation in mountaineering and adventure sports sets the stage for sport climbing to be a transformative force in the region.
